When an account is created for you on Softruck, we receive your full name, email, and a valid document number. Other data may be provided for your account, such as profile name, profile picture, addresses, as well as the make, model, and identification of the vehicles you manage.
You are responsible for adding, editing, and removing commonly used addresses in your routine.
To help you organize your vehicles, we create a list with all your entries. You can create, enter, and edit any and all properties associated with the data in your account.
We collect data on services, diagnostics, and performance. This includes information about your activities (e.g., how our Services are used, your interaction with other users during the use of our Services, etc.), log files, as well as diagnostic records and reports, failures, website, and performance.
We collect specific data about location devices installed in vehicles when connected to our servers. This includes data such as hardware model, IP address, data about the mobile network, latitude and longitude, device identifiers, and signal accuracy. Location data is collected and stored by Softruck, encompassing the movements made by the vehicles registered on the platform.
We receive data disclosed by others, which may include data about you. This may include your name, email, phone number, and vehicle data you manage.
We work with third-party service providers to help us operate, execute, enhance, understand, personalize, support, and advertise our Services. For example, we work with other companies to distribute our applications, shape our infrastructure systems, provide information about maps and locations.
We operate and provide our Services, including customer support, enhancement, correction, and customization of the Services. We understand how people use our Services, analyze and use such data to evaluate and improve our Services, research, develop, and test new services and features, as well as troubleshoot issues.
Data from your account, such as your name, email, phone number, and last time you accessed our service, may be shared and made available to the company that provides your monitoring service, according to user-defined settings.
The company managing your monitoring data may share part or all of your data with other third-party services. Softruck does not share this data with third parties.
You can change the Service settings to manage the availability of certain features.
You can delete your Softruck account at any time using an internal feature. When you delete your Softruck account, all your sensitive data is removed. However, all data generated for analysis will be retained without any link or reference to the previous ownership.
